A: Our factory located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China, equipped with comprehensive production facilities. We warmly welcome potential clients for a visit, but an appointment is required in advance.

A: We have four R&D centers. Dongguan R&D Center: Structural Design and Testing. Shenzhen R&D Center: Software and Hardware Development. Japan and Korea R&D Centers: Advanced Materials Development

A: Our primary business focuses on the manufacturing and sales of hair dryers, hair straighteners, and curling irons. As for our marketing approach, apart from recurring business with our existing clients, we maintain an official company website and regularly exhibit at major trade shows in both the US and European markets to expand our reach.

A: Our current monthly production capacity is approximately 124,800 pcs units, with flexibility to scale up based on order volume.

A: Our standard lead time is approximately 45–60 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on order quantity and specifications.

A: To ensure stable and consistent product quality, our company has established and strictly implements a comprehensive quality management system. We have obtained certifications such as BSCI, ISO9001 Quality Management System, and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Additionally, we continuously optimize and improve our quality management processes in accordance with ISO standards. Our quality management system covers all stages from raw material procurement, production, to finished product inspection, ensuring that every step in the production process meets high-quality standards.

A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the material purchasing to the finished. Products inspection. All products are 100% tested before shipping out.

A: Total line workers: 308, office staff: 93 (Office staff includes all other departments: General Manager 1, Sales 7, R&D 25, HR 1, Finance 3, Quality Control 28, Purchasing 4, and Production Management Staff 24) .

A: 70% of our products are based on proprietary (private) molds – we handle the entire process including mold development, structural design, and concept creation. 30% are purchased finished goods that are manufactured using our own molds (i.e., we own the tooling and outsource production to partners).

A: T/T 30% advance payment ,70% balance before shipment. T/T 30% advance payment ,70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Other terms may be negotiated for long‑term partnerships.

A: We provide OEM/ODM services for our clients.

A: We have CE-LVD, CE-EMC, REACH, CB, FCC, RoHS, EMC, CCC, LVD, GS, UL, cTUVus, PSE, KC for most of our products.

A: We offer a 12-month quality warranty. For any non-human damage quality issues, we will provide repair or replacement services. All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment
